LESSONS MISSED: Though a member of staff’s non- attendance will result in payment being refunded from the following terms fees. Lessons missed through a child’s non- attendance will be charged for.
NOTICE: If you’re unable to make the session, you are able to give your place to a friend but we do ask that you advise us within 24 hours’ notice of the class, with their details for our safe guarding register.
PAYMENTS: To secure your child’s space, we ask for payment to be arranged prior to the class, we cannot accept parents into the class who have not paid. All class payments need to be made via PayPal at the time of booking through the website, we do not accept cash payments on the door.
GDPR: Please do not upload any photos of your child onto social media if they have other children in. Any photos that you do take of your own child/children, that you’re happy for us to use on our social media platforms please do send them directly to us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or to our Facebook Page.
